• 3 avocados (make sure they are ripe)
  • 2 limes – juiced
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • Handful of coriander finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tsp chipotle paste
  • Sea salt
  1. Halve the avocados and remove the stones then using a spoon scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add all the other ingredients to the bowl and using a potato masher smash all the ingredients together.
